Serene Escapes Day Spa is looking to add a Receptionist to our team! We are a full-service spa located at: Creekside Shopping Centre. #12 - 12192 Symons Valley Road NW. Our hours of operation are Monday- Friday 8:45am-8pm, and Saturday and Sundays 10am-6pm. We are looking for someone very flexible and willing to pick up shifts / move around their schedule when other front staff go on vacation.: RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcoming clients and ensuring the best experience possible.. Answering the phone in a polite, friendly manner.. Taking spa bookings, including managing daily schedules and optimizing efficiency for daily spa operations.. Collecting payment and billing insurance companies directly as required.. Educating spa clients about ongoing spa packages and monthly promotions.. Keeping the spa clean and helping out other spa staff as needed.. Assist with laundry and room change over as needed. Vacuuming every evening prior to leaving for the day..
