Jubilee Residences has been serving seniors in Saskatoon for over 70 years through independent seniors housing and long-term care homes. Jubilee Residences is seeking applications from potential residents interested in filling a current building custodian vacancy. The responsibilities of this role are completed after-hours, and during statutory holidays and weekends.DUTIES:1. Respond to lock-out calls and open suites in a timely manner.2. Inspect boiler rooms daily, document the readings and inform the manager-on call or housing office immediately of any anomalies.3. Check laundry room windows and all exterior front and side doors to ensure they are closed. 4. Replace burnt out light bulbs in suites if urgently required. Light bulbs need to be supplied by the tenant. If Jubilee Residences supplies the bulbs, then contact the Housing Coordinators with the name and suite number and the tenant will be charged accordingly.5.
