This role focuses on consistent, entry-level knifing tasks and provides guidance as you build skill and confidence in a fastpaced food manufacturing environment. What You Will Do Assist livestock processing by performing tasks such as stunning, skinning, cleaning, and trimming. Handle and prepare carcasses by removing inedible parts and separating portions as directed. Place finished product into holding containers or conveyors to support workflow efficiency. Maintain knives and tools by safely sharpening and handling equipment.
