Learn, understand, and communicate Masa Mama food and drink menus to guests effectively. Maintain a clean, functional and safe environment for patrons and staff.. Kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train positive-minded candidates. Communicating and working with other members of the team.. Prepare and cook food as directed - knowledge of dietary restrictions.. Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.. Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation.. Make sure that all plates that leave the kitchen are held to our standards.. Knowledge of food preparation and storage..
