Qualifications: Graduation from high school or equivalency. Experience in preparing or serving food. Ability to learn and apply food values and therapeutic diets. Ability to take directions and learn techniques involved in the safe use and care of food service equipment and kitchen utensils. Ability to learn and apply safe food handling procedures/practices. Ability to organize daily tasks while managing competing demands on time. Ability to maneuver heavy carts throughout the hospital/home. The successful applicant will be required to submit a satisfactory certificate of conduct.For Cook position, Cooking certificate is required D
