Live-In Building Superintendent Full-Time | Toronto Condominium Building A well-established Toronto condominium corporation is seeking a capable, dependable and technically minded Live-In Building Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the property. This is a hands-on building operations position intended for someone who understands building systems, takes pride in preventive maintenance, can coordinate contractors and is comfortable working with residents and modern building technology. The successful candidate will be employed directly by the Condominium Corporation and will report to the Property Manager. Compensation • $60,000 annual base salary • Private one-bedroom plus office superintendent suite provided as part of the compensation package • Parking included • Performance bonus of up to $5,000 annually • Additional compensation for qualifying after-hours emergency responses • Additional compensation for Saturday move-in/move-out attendance at $25/
