Responsibilities:Business Partner with Sales Leadership to provide guidance on customer investments, trade spend, promotional effectiveness and mix Influence Commercial decisions through fact based analysis and financial insights Own and manage the Gross-to-Net P&L, including trade spending, customer investments, promotions, rebates, deductions, and pricing programs.Monitor GTN performance against budget, forecast, and prior year, identifying risks and opportunities. Drive continuous improvement in trade effectiveness and customer profitability analysis. Partner with Sales and Revenue Growth Management teams to optimize pricing, promotion, assortment, and customer investment strategies. Ensure governance and compliance over trade-related programs and spending. Lead monthly forecasting and annual planning processes for sales, trade spending, net sales, and profitability.
