2 to 5 years of experience in a management role would be an asset but willing to train the right candidate. Experience with ordering food, controlling food coast and wastage, ability to manage 4 to 8 people. Reliable transportation and a valid driver license. Willing to work in both the banquet Department as well the line. Attention to detail. Willingness to create menus.
