Job Description. We are seeking a dedicated *Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)* to join our team. These professionals will work collaboratively to support clients in achieving their functional and therapeutic goals. Responsibilities: Assist the OT in implementing treatment plans.. Guide clients through prescribed therapeutic activities.. Document patient progress and report findings to the OT.. Ensure therapy sessions align with the OT's treatment goals. Qualifications: Diploma or above in related field. Membership with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapy Assistants (CAOT) or completion of the OTA/PTA Exam (NOTCE) is an asset. Experience in pediatric setting is an advantage..
