Job Description: Job Description Senoria Seniors is seeking a compassionate and reliable Health Care Aide (HCA) / Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide personalized in-home support to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living. Key Responsibilities Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and hygiene. Support mobility, transfers, positioning and fall-prevention practices. Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when required. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, dishes and other reasonable household tasks. Provide companionship, social engagement and emotional support. Accompany clients to appointments, shopping and community activities when required. Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate care/service documentation. Observe and promptly report changes in client condition, incidents or safety concerns.
