About the role: La Brezza is looking for a reliable, friendly Bartender to join our team. You will start part-time on evenings and weekends, with real room to grow: as you take on more responsibility, such as inventory, cash handling, and table service, your pay and tip share increase. For the right person, the role can become full-time. What you'll do: Prepare cocktails and other bar drinks. Serve wine and make espresso-based coffee. Polish glasses and cutlery. Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized. Work with the servers to keep drink service running smoothly What we offer: $15.00 per hour plus tips (1% of the restaurant's net sales to start).
