Salary: $70,000 to $80,000/year based on experience

The Town of Arcola is seeking an experienced and motivated individual for the full-time, permanent position of Public Works Foreman. This is a hands-on working Foreman position responsible for leading Public Works operations while working alongside staff to maintain the Towns infrastructure and essential services. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and work alongside Public Works staff- Plan and organize daily and seasonal operations- Operate and maintain water treatment and distribution systems- Operate and maintain wastewater treatment and collection systems- Maintain streets, drainage, buildings and other municipal infrastructure- Operate and maintain municipal equipment- Coordinate repairs and troubleshoot infrastructure issues- Maintain required operational records and assist with regulatory requirements- Participate in after-hours/on-call duties as required- Work with the Administrator on projects, maintenance priorities and future planning Qualifications: Preference will be given
