Definition of work:The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is responsible to provide comprehensive assessment and care to clients. This is an advance practice role providing professional, analytical and an autonomous, comprehensive range of health services to clients and patients including but not limited to health assessments and diagnosis of diseases, disorders, injuries and conditions; treating and managing acute and chronic illnesses and identifying health risks and needs within the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Centre. This position is a blended role primarily supporting Primary Health Care and Long-Term Care. There may also be a requirement to support services such as, but not limited
