Qualifications include:Grade 12 equivalent Graduated from or currently enrolled in an approved CCA program Current registration with the CCA association Ability to work Days, Evenings and Nights (8-hour shifts) Experience in long-term care or similar environment is considered an asset Job Purpose: Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, The CCA assumes responsibility for direct resident nursing care.
