Job description: Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle transactions accurately, and contribute to the overall positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties: Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with precision. Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate. Promote sales by suggesting additional products or services. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred. Proficiency in English language. Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems. Strong sales skills to upsell products. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Basic math skills for calculating totals and providing change. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
