Languages: English or French Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Work site environment: Noisy Work setting: Fast food outlet or concession Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Requisition food and kitchen supplies. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Hire food service staff. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Prepare and submit reports. Supervise and check assembly of trays. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys. Establish work schedules Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure.
