Job Overview: Plus Communications and Tech Connect are looking for a hands on Content Creator and Social Media Specialist to build our online presence and generate customer engagement, leads and store traffic.. This is a content creation role, not a basic social media management position. Key Responsibilities: Create 20 to 30 high quality short form videos per month for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. Film, edit and publish content independently. Create product, promotional, educational, entertaining and customer focused videos. Develop scripts, hooks and creative ideas. Film regularly at our retail locations across the GTA. Feature phones, technology, promotions, staff and customers. Manage social media content calendars and posting. Monitor trends and create relevant content quickly. Respond to comments and messages.
