Danish Pastry House is seeking a dynamic and talented _*Nighttime Baker *_for our production facility in Mississauga. _*Shift will be Friday Saturday and Sunday starting at 5:30pm to 1:30am*_. This is a part-time nightshift position and successful candidates will be required to have weekend availability. Responsibilities: · Preparation of a variety of desserts, pastries and other baked goods for bakery cafes. · Follow company health and safety policies and processes. · Must maintain food quality and hygiene standards. Skills and Experience: · Minimum 2 year's experience scratch baking in a professional commercial bakery is mandatory. · Energetic with a positive work ethic. · Able to multi-task. · Reliable and able to work independently with confidence. · Able to work as a team under the Department Manager. · Must be able to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. · Strong communication skill. · Able to read instructions and follow directions in English. · Strong organizatio
