Job Overview: We are seeking a Full Time Baker to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for baking various items that we sell in-house and to our wholesale partners. Experience in: *Preparation and Baking:* Measure, mix, and blend ingredients to create doughs, batters, and icings; knead, roll, cut, and shape dough; bake breads, pastries, muffins, and other items according to standardized recipes and procedures. *Quality Control:* Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure consistency, taste, freshness, and adherence to food safety standards. *Inventory and Equipment Management:* Maintain accurate inventory of ingredients, operate and clean baking equipment, and ensure proper storage of supplies to minimize waste and comply with health regulations. *Prepare product for retail: *Apply icings or toppings to pastries for retail sale.
