Chief Financial Officer Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides executive leadership and strategic direction for the City's financial operations, including procurement, treasury, taxation, revenue, budgets, financial planning, payroll, and accounting functions. As a member of the City Leadership Team, the CFO serves as a strategic advisor to the CAO, Mayor, and Council on financial policies, budget strategies, long-term fiscal planning, capital reserve strategy, revenue generation, and risk management?all while promoting transparency, accountability, collaboration, and service excellence across the organization.As CFO, you will Understand Operations Develop a deep understanding of the City's unique lines of business to provide proactive financial guidance and equip departmental leaders with the tools to manage their functional areas effectively.
