About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Technician to join our Food Safety & Quality Assurance team. The successful candidate will support daily quality and food safety activities, maintain compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and help ensure that our products are manufactured safely and consistently.. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a food manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of HACCP, BRCGS, GFCO/gluten-free requirements, allergen management, sanitation, GMPs, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily QA and food safety inspections throughout production and warehouse areas.. Verify compliance with GMPs, sanitation procedures, personal hygiene, and food safety practices.. Conduct and document pre-operational inspections and sanitation verification.. Perform routine ATP testing and environmental/sanitation verification as required.. Monitor and verify CCPs, including metal detector checks
