Key Responsibilities Internal Operations Coordination: Actively communicate with the production and logistics teams to gather accurate, real-time information regarding production schedules and shipping updates to keep our customers informed. Market Assistance & Lead Tracking: Track industry and regional market trends to identify new business opportunities. Actively research, update, and maintain detailed profiles on existing and potential customers to directly support and drive sales growth. Sales Support: Assist in processing customer inquiries for liquid bottles, food containers, and custom packaging projects.
