Project Document Management Analyst Contribute to impactful mining projects in a collaborative global environment where document management, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement drive project success. Work with Share Point, In Eight, and cross-functional teams in a hybrid Montreal-based role supporting projects from planning through delivery. What is in it for you: ? Salaried: $57-67 per hour. ? Incorporated Business Rate: $69-79 per hour. ? 9-month contract with the possibility of extension. ? Day schedule, 40 hours per week. ? Hybrid model: 4 days per week on-site. Responsibilities: ? Perform quality control and verification of project deliverables from contractors and engineering service providers (ES Ps). ? Provide training and technical support to internal and external stakeholders. ? Participate in coordination meetings and follow up on project communications. ? Prepare reports and perform data cleansing in collaboration with the PDM Lead. ? Follow up on pending p
