You'll work as part of a fast-paced kitchen team, preparing food according to recipes, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and following all food-safety standards.. Responsibilities. Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and portion standards. Set up and stock kitchen stations before and during service. Maintain proper food temperatures and follow safe food-handling procedures. Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently. Keep workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas clean and organized. Follow proper sanitation and food-safety practices. Communicate effectively with other kitchen team members and front-of-house staff. Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies.
