Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff. Provide customer service. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
