This is a permanent leadership position. The General Manager is the primary management presence during service, responsible for team leadership, daily operations, guest experience, and consistent service standards.: The role reports to the Head of Business Operations and is intended to grow into broader operational ownership, including scheduling, tip-outs, and inventory. This is not a scheduled floor-server position. The General Manager may provide coverage on the floor when required.: Responsibilities: *Serve as the primary on-floor manager during service and ensure the team operates smoothly*. *Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain consist
