We are looking for an experienced *Buyer / Administrative Assistant* to join our team in Edmonton. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role supporting purchasing, order processing, production, shipping, and project coordination within a busy manufacturing environment.. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. Experience working in a *steel fabrication, welding, manufacturing, or industrial environment* is a strong asset. Key Responsibilities: Purchasing & Procurement: Source and purchase steel, welding supplies, consumables, hardware, and other materials. Source new suppliers and evaluate existing vendor performance to maintain high-quality standards and reliable supply chains. Obtain and compare supplier pricing and availability. Prepare and process purchase orders. Monitor outstanding orders and follow up with suppliers regarding delivery dates. Maintain strong relationships
