Are you an experienced facility professional with strong leadership skills? The City of Moose Jaw is seeking a motivated and hands-on Crew Lead-Facilities to coordinate maintenance operations, support staff, and help maintain our community spaces. Key Responsibilities:- Assist in developing and implementing maintenance, caretaking, and housekeeping programs and operating guidelines.- Coordinate and ensure proper timely completion of daily and preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.- Maintain complete and accurate records, logs and supporting operational documents.- Assist with recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management.- Monitor staff certifications, order janitorial/maintenance supplies and recommend repair projects.- Assist with budget preparation and expenditure tracking.- Safely operate and maintain assigned vehicles and equipment.- Provide supervisor coverage as required and participate in after-hours call out rotation (approx. two weeks per month).
