Accounting and systems aptitude carry equal weight; you will use Sparkrock 365 and Dynamics CRM to maintain records, resolve discrepancies and improve workflows. Responsibilities Process invoices, expenses, credit cards and recurring payments; verify coding, taxes and approvals; prepare batches for independent authorization. Maintain AP/AR, apply receipts, follow up balances and process approved credits/refunds. Reconcile bank, processor, clearing, ledger and inventory/cost of sales accounts; investigate differences and maintain donation records under approved procedures.
