Working within the Autism Intervention Program (AIP), you will be a valued member of an interdisciplinary team of passionate professionals dedicated to supporting children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. Under the clinical oversight of the Director and Senior Autism Consultant, the Behaviour Therapist is responsible for delivering one-on-one programming developed specifically for each child. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong play skills, a positive attitude, and a high level of energy and patience. You are organized, encouraging, enthusiastic, and able to multitask effectively. You are receptive to constructive feedback and can implement recommendations immediately during home- and/or centre-based therapy sessions.In this role, you will also support and coach parents in implementing strategies related to target behaviours and skill acquisition plans.
