Job Overview: Colpitts Developments is seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent to support our growing portfolio of multi-unit residential and commercial construction projects. Working closely with Project Managers and Engineers, the successful candidate will oversee safe, well-managed project sites while keeping work on budget and on schedule. This role requires experience coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, enforcing regulations and the National Building Code, communicating with project stakeholders, and resolving on-site conflicts. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Overseeing on-site operations, coordinating crews, and ensuring work progresses according to project plans and deadlines.. Enforcing safety regulations, conducting inspections, and addressing hazards to maintain a secure work environment and compliance with occupational health standards.. Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and labourers, ensuring materials arrive on time and labourers complete the work
