Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 to less than 7 months Tasks: Administer evaluative tests. Administer eye drops, ointments and medications as directed by ophthalmologists. Administer tests using equipment, instruct patients on test procedures and record results, and monitor, check and calibrate auditory equipment. Assess patients' physical abilities. Assist physicians in the assessment of patients. Develop information materials for patients. Follow through on treatment programs with patients. Help medical examiner in charge. Help physical therapists. Maintain prescription records. Record test results and medications given by ophthalmologists. Administer evaluative tests and procedures. Record information about donors. Record vital signs. Assist chiropractor with patient health education. Clean and dress wounds. Operate and maintain sterilization equipment and instrumentation for re-use according to standardized safety practices.
