We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to oversee the end-to-end management of customer orders, from quotation and sourcing through production, quality control, and final shipment. This role serves as a key link between customers, overseas factories, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities. Manage RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, quotations, pricing, and POs from initial customer inquiry through final shipment, ensuring accurate costs, specifications, and timelines. Partner with factories and vendors on product sourcing, cost analysis, pricing negotiations, and cost-effective solutions that meet customer requirements and target margins. Manage the full order cycle, confirming product specifications, quantities, pricing, production requirements, and delivery schedules while maintaining accurate documentation.
