Food Service Supervisor

Salary: $21.68 per hour

SUMMARY: A working supervisor responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of our food and beverage standards in an efficient and timely manner. Schedule: 7AM - 3PM - Saturday and Sunday7AM - 2PM - Thursday and Friday Job is approximately 12 months and can be extended depending on the need Qualifications: Previous experience of food and beverage in an upscale hotel or restaurant. Knowledge of proper service standards; order taking, upselling, condiments etc. Knowledge of food items that would reasonably be found on present and future menus. Experience of supervising a team or 4 or more people. Experience with Squirrel or similar Point of Sale system. Ability to communicate policies and set the example in following. Able to work in a standing position, walking for the majority of the shift. Able to lift 30lbs comfortably. Professional, courteous and customer service oriented.
