Job Description: Responsibilities: Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on specific project methods. Prepares training materials, training sessions on project delivery methodology in accordance with guidelines. Acquires, customizes, documents, integrates, communicates and implements comprehensive IT standards and guidelines. General Skills: Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I&IT) methods and techniques associated with the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks Communication, facilitation, negotiation, consensus building, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated commitment and proven ability to do effective stakeholder management Knowledgeable and experience in Agile methodology and ability to educate others Experience facilitating the relationships between the Agile team and product owner and maintaining a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution Experience leading the Agile
