We are seeking a *Phlebotomist *to join our growing family practice. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a busy clinical environment.. Key Responsibilities Phlebotomy Duties: Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection for patients of all ages. Label, handle, and prepare specimens accurately for laboratory pickup. Maintain infection control, safety, and quality standards. Maintain accurate documentation related to specimen collection. Data entry and chart management in Accuro EMR. Processing lab reports, referrals, and medical documents. Assisting physicians with clinic workflow and administrative tasks. Maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy at all times. Qualifications & Requirements. Certification or formal training in *Phlebotomy*. Experience with Accuro EMR system. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
