Sales Consultant - Retail

Salary: $21.20 to $26.29 hourly

Responsibilities. Greet customers and discuss product features, quality, and quantities available. Provide after-sales service by building customer loyalty, handling complaints, and following up on deliveries when required. Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions and providing product advice in-store and over the phone. Prepare quotes by calculating quantities required for customer projects. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Participate in merchandising, promotions, and product displays. Conditions & Requirements. Previous retail sales experience preferred. Strong basic math skills. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers. Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities. General knowledge of construction materials and hardware products. English proficiency is an asset. Dynamic, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
