Key Responsibilities: Greet all customers warmly upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.. Answer questions regarding business hours, available services, and facility locations.. Guide customers to their next point of contact, including the estimate team, repair department, or waiting area.. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front lobby and customer areas.. Provide refreshments, reading materials, or other comforts to customers while they wait.. Gather basic customer information and communicate it to the appropriate estimate or repair tea
