Summary: We are seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker to support production operations by maintaining and repairing tooling to ensure optimal performance and reliability. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot tooling issues, and maintain cast and trim tools in proper operating condition to minimize downtime and support efficient production. The successful candidate will follow all safety standards, applicable codes, and company procedures while maintaining a clean and organized toolroom using a 5S approach. This position also requires maintaining accurate maintenance records, supporting breakdown repairs, and contributing to training and skill-transfer initiatives for apprentices.
