Nurse Practitioner Recruitment: Located in Northern Perth and Huron Counties in Southwestern Ontario, the Listowel-Wingham and Area Family Health Team is a progressive team of health professionals with an integrated approach to healthcare. We are currently seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner 37.5 hours per week. Position Summary: The NP will work in close collaboration with physicians and allied health care professionals within the Family Health Team (FHT), as well as community partners. The Nurse Practitioner will work our Wingham location. As vital members of the patient-focused team, nurse practitioners will provide comprehensive primary care services. Nurse practitioners provide acute/episodic care, health promotion, disease prevention and chronic disease management in a primary care setting with a goal to assist patients and their families to function optimally within their capacity.
