Cut carcasses, sides and quarters. Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Wrap and package prepared meats. Weigh meats for sale. Price meat products. Sell meats to customers. Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products Cuisine specialties: Halal Equipment and machinery experience: Band saw.
