Under the direction of the F&B Manager/Executive Chef, Restaurant and Beverage Manager, and Events Manager, bartenders are primarily responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction through friendly, hospitable and timely service in both banquet and a la carte settings. Bartenders are required to lift and move liquor orders on delivery, maintain a clean bar and service area and make drinks to order while serving bar top seating..
