Qualifications: A degree, diploma, or certificate in Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related area of study. A minimum of 2-3 years related experience Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both verbal and written to write and format moderately complex correspondence, including media releases, memos, letters, etc. Requires knowledge of computers and software programs to enter, retrieve and format data Requires knowledge of syntax, grammar, spelling, and vocabulary to write, edit and produce communication materials Knowledge of applicable data privacy laws The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:Manage, plan and develop internal and external communications strategies, programs, policies and activities including issues and reputation management, visual identification, employee media, public relations and promotions.Gather, synthesize and report information to be used in communicating legislation, board positions, programs and policies,
