Were looking for a reliable and technically proficient individual with a strategic mindset to join our Member Contact Centre (call centre) in Lloydminster as a Member Contact Centre Representative 1 until the end of August 2027. As a first point of contact for our members, you will be responsible for providing excellent member service by handling various financial inquiries and requests over the phone. Through conversations and ongoing support, you will uncover and understand member needs in order to fulfil them in a single personalized experience. Our Member Contact Centre is currently open 7 days a week including some statutory holidays.
