Description: Working with an inter-disciplinary team the Resolution Health Support Worker is responsible to provide emotional, spiritual, physical, and mental support to Indian Residential School (IRS) Survivors, Day School Survivors, their families and communities through programing and case management. Responsibilities: Emotional support services to former IRS Survivors, Day School Survivors, and their family members, when and where required, paying particular attention to those individuals in crisis. Provide case management with Former IRS Students and their families with development of and follow through of case plans and thorough documentation. Work with a team to organize programs, services and events for former IRS Students and their family members to promote healing and wellness. Maintain and report on program stats and outcomes.
