Livestock combination farming. Dusty. Noisy. Odours. Horse breeding. Livestock. All weather conditions Work setting: Rural area. Staff accommodation available Tasks: Diagnose livestock health issues. Groom horses in preparation for competitions and shows. Handling animals. Monitoring animal health. Perform animal grooming activities. Perform livestock feeding. Prepare a clean, dry area for cows that are calving. Treat livestock health issues. Feed and tend animals. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Carry out a pasture or pen breeding programs. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain livestock performance records. Maintain quality control and production records. Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens. Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry.
