Job Description: Job Description The Manual Machinist Foreman leads and supervises manual machining operations, ensuring the production of high-quality metal components. This role involves overseeing machinists, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing machining processes for efficiency and accuracy. Responsibilities Operate manual machines such as lathes, mills, drills and future CNC equipment to meet production goals. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for precise machining tasks. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance. Work together in a team environment with other machinists to improve skills and productivity. Troubleshoot machining issues and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with other departments to meet production schedules. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in manual machining. Technical certification in machining or manufacturing. Proficient in manual machinin
