Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in person in a friendly and professional manner.. Answer and direct incoming calls through the main phone line.. Process customer payments for heating and mechanical services.. Complete fuel reconciliation and maintain accurate records.. Perform data entry and ensure information is entered accurately and efficiently.. Collect, prepare, and send outgoing mail through Canada Post.. Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries..
