As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by providing compassionate, reliable, and professional care within their homes. Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed. Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols. Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing to ensure a safe and tidy environment. Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance, including heavy lifting when necessary.
