Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Support Workers to provide quality care to clients in their homes. This position involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring safety, and promoting independence for individuals with various needs. Ideal candidates will have experience in assisted living, senior care, or home caregiving environments and possess a genuine desire to improve clients' quality of life through personalized support. Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding if necessary. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment. Support clients with mobility and transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when required. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
